川东北地区线路铁塔岩石嵌固式基础应用浅析

四川盆地东北部地区,地形按地貌单元划分:主要为丘陵、低山～低中山。区内地层主要有第四系耕地层、残坡积粉质粘土层、冲洪积层(Q)、侏罗系(J)、白垩系(K)、三叠系(T)等砂岩～泥岩、灰岩,而以砂岩～泥岩、灰岩为主。线路铁塔岩石嵌固式基础在该区域内的大量应用,有不错的经济、环境、社会效益,同时,也是资源节约型、环境友好型—两型三新输电线路在工程实践中的具体应用。     

China's Financial Development

At the China Development Forum in Beijing, March 2002, I was asked to be discussant to Governor Dai Xianlong, but his paper, as in most cases, was not made available beforehand, so my own comments had to be made independently. Following that event, I can now remark on the Forum as well as reproducing my discussant paper. In this latter, I emphasize the importance of developing professional skills, greater competition and the application, through regulation, of appropriate incentives for the continued improvement of China's financial system.

Megatrends as perceived in Turkey in comparison to Austria and Germany

Countries and companies use foresight studies to manage uncertainty. Environmental scanning and trend analyses are important tools for identifying and monitoring change. Trend analysis requires more than simply extrapolating to the future. The content of communication serves as the basis of inference so those trends could be explored.This research uses an interdisciplinary approach combining media content analysis and factor analysis to discover many ways Turkey and the world may restructure and what the new society may look like as perceived by the individuals who participated in the survey. It determines six types of individuals in Turkey with different personal attitudes towards megatrends. Similarities and dissimilarities with previous studies in Austria and Germany are identified and discussed.     

交换式虚拟局域网(VLAN)技术在校园网中的应用

本文阐述了局域网技术的发展和虚拟局域网（VLAN）技术的特点，着重介绍了虚拟局域网技术在校园网中的应用及配置方案，最后介绍了一运用VLAN技术的校园网实例。     

TMS320C25单片信号处理器在编码器中的应用

编码器是一种复杂的扩频系统的关键单元。作者采用先进的TMS320c25单片信号处理器作中心计算器,配合相应的软件和硬件经过试验和调试,完成了整机对编码器的全部指标要求,实现了频率设置、跳时、脉位加密、直扩序列编码等。     

浅谈任务管理系统中任务调度的实现

本文介绍了任务管理系统在业务管理平台中的应用，阐述了任务管理流程、批量任务队列和任务线程的概念，并侧重分析了任务分析器、队列管理器、任务接收器、任务管理池等各个部分在任务调度实现中所起到的作用，以及任务调度的具体流程和实现方法。     

SKIP密钥管理协议在宽带VPN中的应用研究

在对目前几种密钥管理协议特点进行分析的基础上，给出了能适应宽带虚拟专用网（VPN）环境，具有更高安全性的SKIP密钥管理协议。文中对该协议及其特点进行了讨论，并研究了将SKIP密钥管理协议应用于支持IPsec的VPN设备，给出了SKIP协议与IPsec结合的体系结构。     

一种新型通用无线定位增值服务平台

基于现有无线定位系统种类多、覆盖范围小、业务单一的缺点,本文提出了一种新型开放式通用无线定位增值服务平台。该通用定位平台构架于现有的多个无线定位网络并独立于具体的无线通信网络,从而使定位功能和服务范围得到增强,适用于独立于无线通信网络的通用无线定位服务专业运营商。本文给出了通用无线定位增值服务平台的系统结构,然后讨论了基于GSM和3GPPParlayAPI规范的无线定位增值服务平台中间件功能层的定义以及该服务平台的功能,最后介绍了该增值服务平台可为独立的服务提供商提供的基于位置信息的具体应用。
